Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Heysham Port Ltd (Peel Ports)

 

Referring to previous correspondence, the e-referendum has now concluded and the result is as follows:

 

Question: Are you prepared to accept the company’s offer?

 

Votes Cast      31     

Voting ‘Yes’    4                                                                                                         

Voting ‘No’     27 

 

Noting the result, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to advise management that this union is now in dispute with Heysham Port Ltd. This instruction has been carried out. I have advised the company that this union remains available for meaningful talks in order resolve this dispute.
