Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Hull Trains 

 

Referring to previous correspondence, pay talks have been re-convened and the following improved offer has been tabled in respect of the On-Board Host and Service Centre grades: 

 

• A 6% pay increase, plus an additional £500 supplementary payment, both of which will be consolidated into base pay and thus pensionable
• The pay award will be backdated to 1^st April 2024
• All fixed-term contracted staff will be transitioned to full-time roles, securing over 20 jobs

 

Following a workplace consultation, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase is paid at the earliest opportunity.
