Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Hull Trains 

 

The e-referendum has now concluded and the result is as follows:

 

On-Board Managers 

 

Question: Are you prepared to accept the company’s offer?

 

Votes Cast     19                                                                                             

Voting ‘Yes’    18                                    

Voting ‘No’     1              

 

On-Board Hosts and Service Centre staff 

 

Question: Are you prepared to accept the company’s offer?

 

Votes Cast     17                                                                                           

Voting ‘Yes’    2                                                                                                  

Voting ‘No’     15               

 

Noting the results, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to advise the company of our acceptance of the offer on behalf of our On-Board Manager members. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase and any back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity. For ease of reference, the accepted pay offer is as follows: 

 

• A one year offer of a 6% pensionable pay increase, backdated to 1^st April 2024

 

The National Executive Committee has instructed me to seek an urgent report from your Lead Officer in respect of our On-Board Hosts and Service Centre staff members.
