Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Hull Trains 

 

Referring to previous correspondence, pay talks have re-convened and the following enhancement has been offered in respect of the On-Board Host and Service Centre grades: 

 

• 6% plus an additional £500 supplementary payment. This will be consolidated into base pay, so would also be pensionable. This pay award would also be backdated to 1^st April 2024.

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee has noted a report received from your Regional Organiser and taken the decision to conduct an electronic referendum of affected members.  

 

Noting that this an improvement of the previous offer and this represents an above inflation pay rise, the National Executive Committee is strongly recommending that you vote ‘YES’ to accept these proposals. The online referendum will close at 12pm on Tuesday 6^thAugust 2024. 

 

Referendum Instructions

 

Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 12:00 hours on Tuesday 6^th August 2024.
