Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – MTR Elizabeth Line (Control Room Grades)

 

Referring to previous correspondence, I can report that your union still has not received an improved offer from MTR Elizabeth Line in respect of the Control Room Grades.  

 

I can confirm that the ballot matrix checks are now complete and in line with the wishes of the union’s National Executive Committee, the RMT will now proceed with an immediate ballot of all affected members for industrial action. 

 

Consequently, on Wednesday 30^th November 2024 the independent scrutineer will send a ballot paper to your home address. I urge you to complete and return your ballot paper in the freepost envelope provided as soon as you receive it. 

 

In the ballot you will be asked to vote for both strike action and industrial action short of a strike – I urge you to vote ‘YES’ to both.
