RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – NETWORK RAIL

 

Your negotiating team has once again met with Network Rail this morning to discuss the claim for a pay and conditions award for 2024.

 

The company has proposed a new offer with the headline of 3.5% uplift remaining unchanged, plus a consolidated flat rate minimum uplift of £1275.

 

While this represents an improvement for the lowest paid, the offer remains below the rate of inflation and does not include an extension to the No Compulsory Redundancy guarantee.

 

Your National Executive Committee will respond once the full written offer has been received.
