Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Nexus (Tyne and Wear Metro)

 

In line with union policy, a submission for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions has been presented. The union’s negotiating team has met with the company and the following offer has been tabled:

 

• 4.5% increase backdated to 1^st April 2024

 

Having carefully considered the offer, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to hold an e-referendum of you and your colleagues so that you can have your say on it

 

The referendum will close at 11am on Thursday 1^st August 2024. I would like to place on record my thanks to the union’s negotiating team for all their hard work throughout this process.

 

Referendum Instructions

 

Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 11:00 hours on Thursday 1^st August 2024.
