RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 — NETWORK RAIL 

 

Further to my previous letter, the national consultation on the last pay offer from Network Rail has now concluded. The feedback provided to your representatives has been considered by the National Executive Committee, which has noted that the overwhelming view of members is to reject the pay proposal and seek an improved pay and job security offer.

 

The NEC thanks our National Representatives for their work in conducting the consultation process. A further meeting to discuss your claim for a Pay and Conditions Award is due to take place later today, where your negotiators will be seeking an improved proposal from the company.
