RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – PULLMAN RAIL

 

The National Executive Committee has now considered this matter and noted the latest offer which has been received from the Company as:

 

• A 2% increase, applicable from 6^th April 2024
• The proposed introduction of a Profit-Sharing Scheme (an additional 2% per year providing targets such as KPI are met)

 

Your Lead Officer has also submitted a report advising the that the negotiating team is of the unanimous view that the offer is derisory and completely unacceptable, especially when considering the delay in even commencing these important negotiations. 

 

A resolution has also been received from the Cardiff No. 7 Branch and the National Executive Committee has taken the decision to inform the company that a dispute situation now exists over this matter and to ballot members for strike action and industrial action short of a strike.
