RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – THALES (GTS)

 

REMINDER TO VOTE – REFERENDUM CLOSES AT 11am ON TUESDAY 6^THFEBRUARY

 

Further to my previous correspondence, the e-referendum is open for members to vote until 11:00 on Tuesday 6^thFebruary 2024, and I urge you to cast your vote to have your say on the offer. As a reminder, the offer is:

 

• A 5.5% increase, effective 1st January 2024
• A further £250 consolidated payment on base salary, effective 1st July 2024
• Permanent removal of the gainshare scheme with immediate effect. No future payments will be made and no payment would be made in March 2024 for the 2023 performance year.

 

You will have received an email from RMT referenda, and it will contain your voting link and instructions on how to cast it. If you have not received this, please check your junk/spam folders before either emailing referenda@rmt.org.uk or ringing the helpline on 0800 376 3706.

 

The National Executive Committee recommends that you VOTE ‘YES’ to accept the offer. I will keep you advised of all further developments.
