RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – TM TRAVEL

 

Your Union Reps recently met with the Company to discuss our pay claim for a substantial increase in rates of pay and improvements to conditions of service. At the conclusion of talks, the following offer was made for Drivers, effective 1^stApril 2024:

 

• Standard day rate increased to £12.75 per hour (a 6.25% increase)
• Weekend enhancement increased to £14 per hour (a 16.7% increase)

 

• The weekend enhancement to be paid for the entire shift, for shifts commencing on a Saturday or Sunday. The enhancement will only be team members who have completed all rostered hours in that week. Any instances of late, non-complete, sickness would mean the individual would forfeit the weekend enhancement and be paid at standard rate
• Any rates not shown above will increase by 75p per hour
• Those on minimum wage will see their rate of pay increase in line with national minimum wage increases

 

The National Executive Committee has noted the outcome of the consultation amongst you and your colleagues and has taken the decision to advise the Company of our acceptance of the offer.
