RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – UNIPART RAIL DONCASTER

 

Your Lead Officer has recently been engaged in negotiations with Unipart Rail in order to secure you and your colleagues a reasonable pay increase for 2024. 

 

The Lead Officer undertaken consultation with you and your colleagues regarding the offer from the company and having considered the views of your representatives and Lead Officer to accept the offer, your National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. 

 

For ease of reference, the offer consists of:

• 4% increase on base pay.
• 4% increase on both Infrastructure On Call and Siemens On call Allowance
• Higher Grade Duty payments to increase from 5% to 10%

 

I have written to the company to inform them of our acceptance of this offer, and to request that this increase, including backpay, is applied as soon as possible.
