RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – VOLKERRAIL

 

Further to previous correspondence, you will be aware that a recent pay offer from the company, ranging between a 4.2% and 5.03% increase was accepted by you and your colleagues following a referendum.

 

Volkerrail have since tabled a revised offer of 5.03% across the whole bargaining group, which means additional improvements for those who were previously due to receive a lower increase. This offer will be backdated to the pay anniversary date of 1^st April 2024.

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee has considered the matter and instructed me to therefore advise the company of our acceptance and request that the increase is implemented at the earliest opportunity, inclusive of back pay. I trust that this keeps you advised.
