Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Wilts & Dorset (Engineering Grades)

 

Further talks have taken place with the Company and while an improved offer was made for Cleaner Grades and Shunter Grades, the Company advised it cannot improve the offer for you and your colleagues in Engineering Grades.

 

The National Executive Committee has considered a report from your Lead Officer and has taken the decision to ballot all Engineering Grades members for strike action and action short of strike in the form of an overtime and rest day working ban.
