RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 — PULLMAN RAIL

 

Further to my most recent correspondence dated 23rd August 2024 I am writing to provide you with an update in relation to the above-mentioned matter.

 

Following rejection of the most recent offer a further series of discussions have been held with the company which have resulted in the following improved offer being tabled by the company:

 

  • 2 Year Offer
  • Year One-4.5% increase applicable from 6th April 2024
  • Year Two-RPI (February 2025) applicable from 6th April 2025
  • An agreed Profit Share Mechanism for all Pullman staff to be implemented in 2025/26 financial year
  • An agreed Performance related pay mechanism to be implemented in 2026/27 financial year. 

 

Your RMT Representatives will now be consulting with members to seek their views on the offer, and I would recommend that you speak with your representative to express your views.  Following on from this the offer will then be referred to the RMT National Executive Committee for consideration.
