RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 — ALSTOM CREWE (CRO & CRD)

 

Your negotiating team have been engaged in pay talks with Alstom in order to secure a reasonable increase in rates of pay for you and your colleagues. Following the conclusion of discussions, the following offer was tabled by the company for consideration:

 

• 4% increase applicable from 1^st April 2024.

 

Following a mess members’ meeting that recently took place, you and your colleagues demonstrated unanimous acceptance of this offer, therefore the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our members’ acceptance of the offer and request that any back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.
