RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 - ALSTOM TRANSPORT (AVENTURA CONTRACT)

 

I am writing to provide you with an update concerning the latest developments in relation to this year’s pay talks.

 

At a further meeting held with Alstom Transport earlier today, arising from the discussions the following offer was tabled by the company for consideration:

 

• 3% increase applicable from 1^st April 2024

 

It was agreed that a period of consultation would take place with the membership to seek your views, however the company were advised that the offer would unlikely be sufficient to meet the aspirations of our members in this regard.

 

I will of course keep you informed of any further developments but please by assured that RMT remains determined to achieve the best possible award for our members during these negotiations.
