RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – ALSTOM TRANSPORT

ALSTOM TRANSORT (ILFORD DEPOT, HEAVY MAINTENANCE CONTRACT)

 

REMINDER TO VOTE – REFERENDUM CLOSES AT 11:00am THURSDAY 20^th JUNE 2024

 

Further to my previous correspondence, the e-referendum is open for members to vote until 11:00am on Thursday 20^th June 2024, and I urge you to cast your vote to have your say on the offer. As a reminder, the offer is:

 

• A 4% increase applicable from 1^st April 2024

 

The National Executive Committee recommends that you vote ‘NO’ to accept the offer. Members are advised that a rejection of the offer will likely lead to a ballot for industrial action.

 

You will have received an email from RMT referenda, and it will contain your voting link and instructions on how to cast it. If you have not received this, please check your junk/spam folders before either emailing referenda@rmt.org.uk or ringing the helpline on 0800 376 3706.
