Dear RMT Member,

 

RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 — ALSTOM (AVENTURA CONTRACT) ILFORD, OLD OAK COMMON, AND WILLESDEN DEPOTS

 

Further to my most recent correspondence dated 15^th May 2024 I am writing to provide you with an update concerning the latest developments in relation to the above-mentioned matter.

 

At an additional meeting held with Alstom Transport on 31^st May 2024 arising from discussions the following ‘best and final offer’ was tabled by the company for consideration:

 

• 4% increase applicable from 1^st April 2024.

 

Over the following days your RMT Representatives will be consulting with members to seek their views on the offer, and I would recommend that you speak with your representative to express your views.  Following on from this the offer will again be referred to the RMT National Executive Committee for consideration.
