RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – ALSTOM TRANSPORT

SERVICES (AVANTI WEST COAST CONTRACT)

 

REMINDER TO VOTE – REFERENDUM CLOSES AT 11:00am THURSDAY 13^TH JUNE 2024

 

Further to my previous correspondence, the e-referendum is open for members to vote until 11:00am on Thursday 13^th June 2024., and I urge you to cast your vote to have your day on the offer. As a reminder, the offer is:

 

• A 4% increase applied to basic rates of pay. This pay deal is applied to WCML, PSG and Technical Team Member grades covered in the collective agreements. This increase will also apply to Red Circled employees
• An increase of 4% to be applied to the Depot Drivers Allowance
• Depot Drivers Allowance will increase year or year hereafter in line with future agreed pay settlements
• In the event of the value of an offer being in excess of 4% to any other UK Services bargaining groups, this additional value will also be applied to West Coast and Technical Team Member groups

 

The National Executive Committee recommends that you vote ‘YES’ to accept the offer.
