RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 — ALSTOM ILFORD DEPOT (HEAVY MAINTENANCE)

 

I am writing to provide you with an update concerning the latest developments in relation to the above-mentioned matter.

 

Following initial discussions with Alstom regarding the RMT pay submission the following offer was tabled by the company for consideration:

 

• 3% increase applicable from 1^st April 2024.

 

It was agreed that a period of consultation would take place with the membership to seek their views however the company were advised that the offer it was felt would unlikely be sufficient to meet the aspirations of our members in this regard.

 

I will of course keep you informed of any further developments but please by assured that RMT remains determined to achieve the best possible award for our members during these negotiations.
