Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 - Amulet (Churchill Security Services) Northern Trains Travel Safe Contract    

 

In line with union policy, a pay submission for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions has been submitted. The Regional Organiser has met with the company and the following offer has been tabled:

 

• An increase of 10% to pay rates for all TSOs and Team Leaders.

 

This offer puts TSO rate of pay at £14.17 per hour (currently £12.88 per hour) and will see Team Leader positions paid at £15.43 per hour (currently £14.03 per hour).

 

Discussions will continue with Amulet regarding the introduction of a company sick pay.

 

Following a workplace consultation, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase is paid at the earliest opportunity.
