RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – AMULET (KAD (DLR) CONTRACT)

 

In line with Union policy, a claim was submitted to the Company for a substantial increase in rates of pay and improvements to conditions of service. Talks have taken place and the offer which has now been received for Security Operatives is as follows:

 

• An 8% increase, effective from 1st April 2024

 

• Continuation of double pay for bank holidays if rostered to work

 

Your Lead Officer submitted a report advising that this increase takes the hourly rate to £13.50 and that Amulet has also agreed to commence discussions around a rostering parameters agreement. Your DLR Branch has consulted members on the offer and the National Executive Committee has taken the decision to advise the Company of our acceptance of the offer.

 

I have asked that the increase and backdated monies are paid to you and your colleagues at the earliest opportunity.
