RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 - BALFOUR BEATTY (INTEGRATED TRACK TEAM CONTRACT)

 

I am writing to provide you with an update concerning the latest developments in relation to the above-mentioned matter.

 

At a further meeting held with Balfour Beatty yesterday (18^th March 2024), the company tabled what it termed its “best and final offer” which was as follows:

 

• 4% increase applicable from 1^st January 2024

 

It was however agreed that the company could potentially consider improvements to existing allowances/enhancements with discussions to continue in this regard. 

 

I will of course keep you informed of any further developments in relation to this matter.
