RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 - BALFOUR BEATTY (CENTRAL RAIL SYSTEMS ALLIANCE)

 

I am writing to provide you with an update concerning the latest developments in relation to this year’s pay talks.

 

At a meeting held with Balfour Beatty earlier today, the following revised offer was tabled by the company for consideration:

 

• 3.5% increase applicable from 1^st April 2024

 

Over the coming days, your RMT Representatives will be consulting with members to seek you views on the offer, and I would recommend that you speak with your representative to express your views.  Following on from this, the offer will be referred to your union’s National Executive Committee for consideration.

 

I will of course provide a further update on any developments in relation to this issue.
