RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – BALFOUR BEATTY (CENTRAL RAIL SYSTEMS ALLIANCE)

 

Further to my previous correspondence, negotiations have continued with Balfour Beatty and your union in order to progress the pay claim for 2024. The most recent offer from the company is:

 

• A 3.5% increase appliable from 1^st April 2024

 

Having carefully considered the offer, and the views of your Lead Officer and representatives, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to hold an e-referendum of you and your colleagues with a recommendation to vote ‘NO’ to reject the offer.

 

The referendum will close at 11:00am on Thursday 29^th August 2024. 

 

Referendum Instructions

 

Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 11:00am on Thursday 29^thAugust 2024.

 

VOTE ‘NO’ TO REJECT THE OFFER
