RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – BESPOKE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (HITACHI RAIL DONCASTER)

 

The referendum on the company’s latest pay offer has concluded and the result is as follows:

 

Question: Do you accept the company’s offer?

Total votes cast            24

Number voting YES       6

Number voting NO        18

 

Taking into account your rejection of this offer, your union’s National Executive Committee (NEC) first of all congratulates you and your colleagues for showing such resolve over this matter and has also announced further industrial action.

 

You are therefore instructed NOT to book on for any shifts which commence between:

 

• 05:59 hours on Friday 19^th July 2024 and 23:59 hours on Sunday 21^st July 2024

 

I have advised the company that your union remains available for talks to resolve this dispute, but this obviously needs management to take your concerns seriously and come up with an improved offer.

 

I urge you all to stand together and show management that your determination to see a satisfactory outcome to this dispute will not weaken.
