Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Bespoke Facilities Management (Hitachi Rail Doncaster) 

 

Referring to previous correspondence, following your rejection of the company’s pay offer, I can report that the union’s negotiating team has met with management to discuss this matter. Unfortunately, the company indicated that they were unwilling to continue discussions in relation to the 2024 pay award. The National Executive Committee has considered this matter and noting Bespoke Facilities Management’s intransigence, they have instructed me to prepare a ballot matrix of you and your colleagues, with a view of commencing a ballot for industrial action. 

 

Therefore, to ensure a swift ballot and so you have a chance to vote you should advise the union of any changes to your details. Additionally, if you know a colleague who has recently moved or changed their employment, please ask them to contact the union on one of the above methods.

 

We understand that members may have questions around this, we are therefore inviting all of our affected members to attend an important online meeting to discuss this matter in greater detail. Information regarding the online meeting will be circulated in due course.
