RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – BESPOKE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (HITACHI RAIL DONCASTER)
REMINDER TO VOTE - REFERENDUM CLOSES AT 11:00am TUESDAY 2ND JULY 2024
Further to my previous correspondence, the e-referendum is open for members to vote until 11:00am on Tuesday 2nd July 2024., and I urge you to cast your vote to have your say on the offer. As a reminder, the offer is:
- Each employee is given an additional day paid annual leave with immediate effect (to be taken before December 24). This increase would take any full-time employees annual leave provision from 20 to 21 days holiday during 2024 annual leave allowance.
