Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Bespoke Facilities Management (Hitachi Rail Doncaster) 

 

Referring to previous correspondence, members have recently engaged in three days industrial action with the aim of improving the company's pay offer. Unfortunately, this action has not yielded the desired results and the Regional Organiser reports that we are at an impasse. Given the absence of a dedicated representative, the Regional Organiser conducted a straw poll to gauge the sentiments of our members. The overwhelming response indicates that the membership wishes to conclude the dispute and accept the company’s most recent pay offer.

 

Having considered this matter, the National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase and any back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity. For ease of reference, the accepted pay offer is as follows:

 

 

Additionally, each employee is given an additional day paid annual leave with immediate effect (to be taken before December). This increase would take any full-time employees annual leave provision from 20 to 21 days holiday during 2024 annual leave allowance.
