RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – CLARK CHAPMAN FACILITIES SERVICES

 

Your Lead Officer has recently been engaged in negotiations with the company in order to secure you and your colleagues a reasonable pay increase for 2024. 

 

Following consultation that has been undertaken with you and your colleagues regarding the offer from the company and having considered the views of your representatives to accept the offer, the National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. 

 

For ease of reference, the offer consists of:

• 5% increase on gross basic hourly rate effective from 1^st April 2024

 

I have written to the company to inform them of our acceptance of this offer, and to request that this increase, including backpay, is applied as soon as possible.
