REFERENDUM CLOSES AT 11:00AM ON TUESDAY 13^TH AUGUST

 

VOTE ‘YES’ TO ACCEPT THE OFFER

 

Dear RMT Member,

 

RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – COLAS RAIL

 

Further to my previous correspondence, the e-referendum is open for members to vote until 11:00am on Tuesday 13^thAugust 2024, and I urge you to cast your vote. As a reminder, the offer is:

 

• 4.6% increase in basic salaries with effect from 1^st April 2024.
• Increase in allowances which are percentage based, such as contracts with rostered nights, weekends, on-call etc. As well as the OTM additional weekend payments

 

The National Executive Committee recommends that you vote ‘YES’ to ACCEPT the offer. Members are advised that a rejection of this offer will lead to an immediate ballot for strike action and action short of a strike.
