RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – COLAS RAIL

 

Your Lead Officer has recently been engaged in negotiations with Colas Rail in order to secure you and your colleagues a reasonable pay increase for 2024. 

 

Following submission of the RMT pay claim a meeting was held with Colas Rail on 9^th February 2024 where the following offer was tabled for consideration:

 

• 4% increase on basic rates applicable from 1^st April 2024

 

The offer was noted by your RMT representatives, and it was additionally requested that improvements to the offer are considered by the company.

 

A further meeting will now be held on 22^nd February 2024, and I will of course keep you informed of any developments in this regard.
