Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Catering Offshore Trade Association

 

Referring to previous correspondence, pay talks have re-convened and the following revised offer has been received:

 

• Increase in base pay of 4%. 
• Increase in the travel allowance by £10 on the lower three bands, and £15 on the top band. 
• Increase in mileage from 30p per mile to 40p per mile. 
• Increase in dinner allowance from £20 to £25. 
• Increase in Festive Payment from £100 to £120. 

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee has noted a report received from your Regional Organiser and taken the decision to conduct an electronic referendum of affected members.  

 

Additionally, the National Executive Committee is strongly recommending that you vote ‘YES’ to accept these proposals. It is the belief of your National Executive Committee these proposals represent the best achievable through negotiation and gives members an above inflation pay increase in 2024. The online referendum will close at 11am on Tuesday 20^th August 2024. 

 

Referendum Instructions

 

Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 11:00 hours on Tuesday 20^th August 2024.
