Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 - Carlisle Support Services (Northern Trains Revenue and Gateline Contract)

 

Carlisle Support Services has failed to resolve this dispute despite it being over a year since pay talks began. You and your colleagues are determined to see this matter resolved but now, due to the anti-trade union laws, the current ballot mandate will expire. 

 

The National Executive Committee has taken the decision to re-ballot all Carlisle Support Services members over this dispute to seek a new mandate for action. I strongly urge all members to vote ‘YES’ for strike action and ‘YES’ for industrial action short of a strike in this ballot to demonstrate you will not accept a derisory pay award coupled with worsening job conditions. 

 

Consequently, on Wednesday 19^th June 2024 the independent scrutineer will send a ballot paper to your home address. I urge you to complete and return your ballot paper in the freepost envelope provided as soon as you receive it.
