RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024
DOPPELMAYR CABLE CAR
The Company has only made a derisory offer to you in respect of 2024 pay and it has been unanimously rejected by RMT members. This matter has been considered by the National Executive Committee, which has taken the decision to declare a dispute over this matter and ballot you and your colleagues for strike action and action short of a strike.
It is vital that we achieve the highest possible turnout and the highest possible vote saying YES for action to demand that the Company table an acceptable pay offer without delay.
Ballot papers will be posted to you tomorrow, Tuesday 13th August and the ballot closes on Thursday 29th August. I urge you to complete and return your ballot paper in the freepost envelope provided as soon as possible.
