Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Eurostar International 

 

The union’s negotiating team has attended meetings with the company and at the conclusion of these talks the following offer has been tabled: 

 

  1. A general increase of 4.3% on salary and all allowances as of 1st May 2024. All new starters from 1st January 2024 who are not RFJ roles will be excluded from the 2024 pay award. 
  2. An increase of 4.3% to our current home to work travel arrangements. In addition, jointly work with ATOC to prepare a robust business case for increasing current Eurostar benefits. 
  3. The next UK pay review will be 1st January 2025. A programme of pay discussions will commence as from October 2024. 

 

Having carefully considered the offer, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to hold an e-referendum of you and your colleagues so that you can have your say on it.

 

Additionally, the National Executive Committee is strongly recommending that you vote ‘YES’ to accept this offer. The referendum will close at 11am on Thursday 30th May 2024. I would like to place on record my thanks to the union’s negotiating team for all their hard work throughout this process.

 

Referendum Instructions

 

Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 11:00 hours on Thursday 30th May 2024.
