RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – FIRST SOUTH WEST

 

The referendum regarding the above has concluded with members voting as follows:

 

Votes Cast                                224 

Voting to Accept Option One    13

Voting to Accept Option Two    13

Voting to Reject Both Options  198

 

The National Executive Committee has considered this matter and noted members’ rejection of both offers. The NEC congratulates all members on their steadfast approach in their pursuit to secure a pay increase that meets their aspirations. First South West have continued to keep wages low, falling well behind other bus companies within the region.

 

A mass meeting has been arranged for Wednesday 5^th June with all First South West members to discuss the next steps and your CNC Representatives and Lead Officer will be meeting the company on Friday 7^th June 2024 to demand an improved offer.
