RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – FIRST SOUTH WEST

 

Your RMT negotiating team met with the Company again on Friday 7^th June but there was still no offer which would come close to meeting the aspirations of you and your colleagues for a substantial improvement and increase to rates of pay.

 

The National Executive Committee has considered a report received from your Lead Officer and declared that this NEC will not tolerate the continuous ‘stringing along’ of our members pay claim. The protracted talks are causing questions over the company’s motives around its unwillingness to offer a pay deal that meet our members’ aspirations.

 

The NEC has taken the decision to prepare a ballot matrix of all First South West members and I am currently acting in accordance with this decision. I would be grateful for all members to ensure we have your correct job title, workplace and home address.
