Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Grand Central
In line with union policy, a submission for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions has been presented. The union’s negotiating team has met with the company and the following offer has been tabled:
- 6.0% increase for all roles which attract a salary of £25,000+ from 1st January 2024
- 6.0% increase plus a £1000 lump sum for those who are earning up to £24,999.99 on 1st January 2024
Having carefully considered the offer, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to hold an e-referendum of you and your colleagues so that you can have your say on it
Additionally, the National Executive Committee is strongly recommending that you vote ‘YES’ to accept this offer. This is an above inflation pay offer which provides an additional lump sum for the lowest paid members. The referendum will close at 10am on Thursday 15th February 2024. I would like to place on record my thanks to the union’s negotiating team for all their hard work throughout this process.
Referendum Instructions
Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 10:00 hours on Thursday 15th February 2024.
