RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – HARSCO RAIL (STONEBLOWER CONTRACT)

 

Your Lead Officer has recently been engaged in negotiations with Harsco Rail in order to secure you and your colleagues a reasonable pay increase for 2024. 

 

The Lead Officer undertaken consultation with you and your colleagues regarding the offer from Harsco Rail, and having considered the views of your representatives and Lead Officer to accept the offer, your National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. 

 

For ease of reference, the offer consists of:

 

a pay increase of 5% applicable from 1st January 2024.

 

I have written to the company to inform them of our acceptance of this offer, and to request that this increase, including backpay, is applied as soon as possible.
