Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Heathrow Airport Ltd    

 

The Regional Organiser has attended meetings with the company and at the conclusion of these talks the following offer has been tabled: 

 

 

The numbers have been rounded and are not exact.

 

The company has advised that they will not be offering one off lump sum payments to any grades as part of this deal, as the Station Managers they received a lump £2,000 (fte) as an extra payment in October 2023.

 

After careful consideration, the union’s National Executive Committee has rejected the above offer. The company has been informed of our rejection of their offer and a meeting has been requested to seek an improved offer.
