Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Heathrow Express
The Regional Organiser has attended meetings with the company and at the conclusion of these talks the following offer has been tabled:
- An increase of 3.3%
- The company will increase paternity leave from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. Backdated within the 6 months. This represents an increase of 100%
- The company will increase bereavement leave from 3 days to 5 days.
- Employees will now have the choice whether to use Uber or free car parking.
After careful consideration, the union’s National Executive Committee has rejected the above offer. The company has been informed of our rejection of their offer and a meeting has been requested to seek an improved offer.
