Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Heathrow Express
Referring to previous correspondence, pay talks have been re-convened and the following revised offer has been tabled:
- An increase of 3.5% on basic pay for all colleagues in the bargaining unit (back dated to January 2024).
- Increase to Paternity Leave from 2 weeks full pay to 4 weeks full pay (on basic salary) to be applied to babies born on the date the agreement is reached
- Bereavement leave increased from 3 to 5 days for immediate family members to be applied from the date upon which the agreement is reached
- Colleagues who have car parking need to elect whether they would like to keep the car parking or use Uber on certain days. Colleagues who do not drive will continue to receive Uber transport in relevant circumstances
- An amendment to the Grievance Policy to include a 2-stage process in line with the ACAS code of practice
A workplace meeting to discuss the revised offer is scheduled for 28th March 2024. Full details of the upcoming meeting will be circulated shortly.
