The union’s negotiating team has attended meetings with the company and at the conclusion of these talks the following offer has been tabled:

Additionally, the company are proposing that they cease operations on New Year’s Day and it is treated in the same way as the Christmas and Boxing Day arrangements.
Following a workplace consultation, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase is paid at the earliest opportunity.
