Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Hull Trains 

 

In line with union policy, a pay submission for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions has been submitted. The Regional Organiser has met with the company and the following offer has been tabled:

 

• A one year offer of a 6% pensionable pay increase, backdated to 1^st April 2024
• For those earning £25k or less (On Board Host and Service Centre staff), this pay award will be increased to a total value of £1,500.00

 

Having considered this offer, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to hold an e-referendum of On-Board Managers and an e-referendum of On-Board Hosts and Service Centre staff so you and your colleagues can have your say on this offer. 

 

Additionally, the National Executive Committee is strongly recommending that all members in both referenda vote ‘YES’ to accept this offer. This is an above inflation pay offer which provides an additional uplift for the lowest paid members. Both referenda will close at middayon Thursday 23^rd May 2024. 

 

Referendum Instructions

 

All members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 12:00 hours on Thursday 23^rd May 2024.
