RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – ISS (KAD CONTRACT)

 

Negotiations were held between your union and ISS with regards to this year’s pay anniversary. Following negotiations, the company tabled the following offer, effective from 1st April 2024:

 

  • An increase in the hourly rate of pay to the RPOs & TSOs of 10.04%, which is above the current rate of inflation of 2%

 

The company also proposed the introduction of a Workplace Violence Policy, a copy of which can be found here.

 

Your negotiators stated that on the Workplace Violence Policy represents a significant step forward as it states that any member necessarily off sick following an assault will receive full contractual pay for as long as they remain off work. Given the nature of work undertaken by you and your colleagues, this policy has been welcomed.

 

The recommendation from your negotiators was to accept this offer, and this view has been endorsed by your union’s National Executive Committee. 

 

Your employer has been asked to implement the new pay rates as soon as possible.
