Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – MacGregors 

 

In line with union policy, a submission for a pay increase and improvements to terms and conditions was submitted, and the company has tabled the following offer:

 

• 3.6% increase, effective from 1^st April 2024

 

After careful consideration, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase is paid at the earliest opportunity.
