Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Mitie (Merseyrail Contract, Hard Services)

 

In line with union policy, a submission for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions has been presented. The Regional Organiser has met with the company and the following offer has been tabled:

 

• 3.2% increase backdated to 1^st July 2024

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee has noted a report received from your Regional Organiser and taken the decision to conduct an electronic referendum of affected members.  

 

Additionally, the National Executive Committee is strongly recommending that you vote ‘YES’ to accept these proposals. It is the belief of your National Executive Committee these proposals represent the best achievable through negotiation. The online referendum will close at 10am on Tuesday 20^th August 2024. 

 

Referendum Instructions

 

Members will shortly receive an email from 'RMT Referenda' which will allow you to register your vote. Please follow the instructions and make sure you complete this by no later than 10:00 hours on Tuesday 20^th August 2024.

If you do not receive your vote immediately, please check your junk/spam folders before contacting us for a replacement.
