Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Mitie Security (Eurostar Contract)

 

Referring to previous correspondence, the e-referendum has now concluded and the result is as follows:

 

Question: Are you prepared to accept the company’s offer?

 

Votes Cast  74                                                                                                      

Voting ‘Yes’  6                                                                                                           

Voting ‘No’     68                         

 

Noting your overwhelming rejection of the pay offer in the referendum, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed me to advise the company that this union is now in dispute with Mitie. This instruction has been carried out. I have advised Mitie that this union remains available for meaningful talks in order resolve the pay dispute.
